We refer to the Company's announcements made on 17 July 2020 and 27 November 2020, the Board of Directors wishes to inform that there has been no material development on the status of the MOU between LTFSB with ADVANCECON on the adoption, execution and implementation of the SARE between the Parties with TNB in relation to the proposed Project.
Further announcement(s) in relation to the above will be made in due course in accordance with the Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.
