We refer to your letter dated 4 December 2006 in relation to the article entitled “MRCB confident of revenue, profit target next year” which appeared in The Star on Saturday, 2 December 2006 and wish to inform that Malaysian Resources Corporation Berhad (“MRCB”) is continuously trying to improve its financial position in terms of revenue and profitability.
MRCB has set a target of increasing its revenue by 50% from the current financial year ending 31 December 2006.
MRCB will continuously comply with the Listing Requirements of Bursa Securities and will make appropriate and timely announcement to Bursa Securities as and when there are matters which require immediate announcement in accordance with the Exchange’s Corporate Disclosure Policy.

We refer to the above article appearing in The Star, Starbiz section, page B3
on Saturday, 2 December 2006, a copy of which is enclosed for your reference.
In particular, we would like to draw your attention to the underlined
sentences, which are reproduced as follows:-
