Further to the Company’s announcement on 17 March 2014, MRCB wishes to announce that after hearing the application by PKNS for an adjournment and there being no objections from NGD and MRCB, the Court of Appeal had today adjourned the hearing of PKNS’s appeals to 23 June 2014. The Court of Appeal had extended the Erinford Injunction against NGD only until the hearing date.
