Malaysian Resources Corporation Berhad (“MRCB” or “the Company”) wishes to announce that it had today entered into a Sale and Purchase Agreement with Bisraya Acres Sdn Bhd (“Bisraya Acres”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Gapurna Sdn Bhd (“GSB”), to acquire 3 parcels of land measuring 617,452 sq. ft. in total (419,158 sq. ft. for 2 parcels of residential land and 198,294 sq. ft. of commercial land) located in Bukit Rahman Putra, Sungai Buloh (“the Properties”) from Bisraya Acres for a total cash consideration of RM83.0 million (“the Purchase Price”) (“Proposed Land Acquisition”) Please refer to the attachment for detailed announcement. | |
