Further to the Company’s announcement on 16 April 2014, MRCB wishes to announce that PKNS had on 20 June 2014 filed three separate Notices of Discontinuance without liberty to file afresh, in respect of the Main Appeal, the Legal Privilege Appeal and the Erinford Injunction Appeal to the Court of Appeal. In view of this, the entire dispute between the parties presently before the Court of Appeal has been settled
