Malaysian Resources Corporation Berhad (“MRCB” or “the Company”) is pleased to announce that it had today entered into a conditional Share Sale Agreement (“SSA”) with XMT Technologies Holdings Sdn Bhd (“XMT” or the “Purchaser”) for the disposal of its entire equity interest in MRCB Technologies Sdn Bhd (“MTech”), a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, for a total cash consideration of RM7.81 million (“Proposed Disposal”).
