The Board of Directors of Malaysian Resources Corporation Berhad ("the Company") wishes to announce that the Company had today acquired Esquire Moments Sdn Bhd, Rukun Juang Sdn Bhd, Aroma Sakti Sdn Bhd, Legasi Azam Sdn Bhd and Stigma Tiara Sdn Bhd. The authorised and paid up capital of the abovesaid Companies are RM400,000 and RM2 respectively. All the Companies are dormant. None of the directors and/or major shareholders of the Company and/or person connected to them have any interest, direct or indirect, in the acquisition of the above Companies. c.c.
