Malaysian
Resources Corporation Berhad (“MRCB” or “the Company”) is pleased to announce
that it had today accepted the Letter of Acceptance of Tender from Johor Land
Berhad for the construction of a 30-storey JLand Tower at Komtar JBCC, Jalan
Wong Ah Fook, Johor Bahru, Johor at a tender sum of RM197,366,000. The
construction period for the works is 24 months and to be completed by November
2016. The
project is expected to contribute positively to the future earnings of MRCB
Group. None
of the Directors, substantial shareholders and/or persons connected with any
Director or a substantial shareholder of the Company, have any interest, direct
or indirect, in the project. | |
