We refer to the previous announcements made by RHB Investment Bank on behalf of the Board in relation to the Proposals. Unless otherwise stated, the terms used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the said announcements in relation to the Proposals. On behalf of the Board, RHB Investment Bank wishes to announce that Bursa Securities had, vide its letter dated 4 December 2014, which was received on 5 December 2014, approved an extension of time until 3 June 2015 for the Company to complete the payment of the Balance Purchase Consideration for the Acquisition of GHC, pursuant to paragraph 6.63(1) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Securities.
