We refer to the announcements dated 29 January 2014, 10 April 2014, 15 April 2014, 9 June 2014, 11 July 2014, 9 September 2014, 8 October 2014, 8 January 2015 and 12 February 2015 in respect of the Proposals. On behalf of the Board, CIMB and RHB wish to announce that pursuant to the terms of the Platinum SPA, the Company has given its consent for MTB, acting in the capacity as trustee for QCT, to enter into a sale and purchase agreement with Aldwych Capital Sdn Bhd for the proposed disposal of Quill Building 10 for a total consideration of RM27.3 million (“QB10 SPA”). The QB10 SPA was executed on 25 February 2015. The proposed disposal is not expected to have any material effect on the Proposals.
