The Board of Directors of Malaysian Resources Corporation Berhad ("the Company") wishes to announce that the Company had incorporated the following

 three (3) subsidiaries on 2 July 2015 :

i) DCS Operation & Maintenance Sdn Bhd;

ii)  PJ Sentral DCS Sdn Bhd; and

iii) KL Sentral DCS Sdn Bhd.

The authorised and paid-up capital of each company are RM400,000 and RM2 respectively.

None of the directors and/or major shareholders of the Company and/or person connected to them have any interest, direct or indirect, in the above incorporations.
