Malaysian Resources Corporation Berhad (“MRCB” or “the Company”) is pleased to announce that MRCB-George Kent JV, a 50:50 joint venture between MRCB and George Kent (Malaysia) Berhad (“the JV”), had today received a Letter of Appointment from Prasarana Malaysia Berhad (“Prasarana”) appointing the JV as the PDP for the construction and completion of Light Rail Transit Line 3 (LRT3) from Bandar Utama to Johan Setia (“the Project”). The scope, terms and conditions of the appointment as PDP will be subject to a comprehensive and definitive agreement (“PDP Agreement”) to be executed between the JV and Prasarana. MRCB will make further announcement to Bursa Securities as and when there is a material development in relation to the Project. |
