The Board of Directors of Malaysian Resources Corporation Berhad ("the Company") wishes to announce that its wholly-owned subsidiary, MRCB Land Sdn Bhd, had today acquired Metro Spectacular Sdn Bhd ("MSSB"). MSSB was incorporated in Malaysia under the Companies Act, 1965 on 14 April 2015. The authorised share capital of MSSB is RM400,000 comprising 400,000 ordinary shares of RM1.00 each and the paid-up capital is RM2.00. None of the directors and/or major shareholder of the Company and/or person connected to them have any interest, direct or indirect, in the acquisition of MSSB. |
