We refer to the announcements dated 28 October 2015, 8 January 2016 and 26 January 2016 in relation to the Proposed Privatisation. Unless otherwise stated, the terms used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the said announcements in relation to the Proposed Privatisation. On behalf of the Board, RHB Investment Bank wishes to announce that RJSB had on 29 January 2016 entered into a supplemental agreement to the Privatisation Agreement (“Supplemental Agreement”) with the Government and Hartanah to vary certain clauses in the Privatisation Agreement including, amongst others, the definition of “Construction Period for Project 1” which shall be amended and substituted with the following new definition:-
In addition to the above, the Supplemental Agreement also modifies certain deliverables in relation to the fulfilment of CPs and the construction works programme as set out in the Privatisation Agreement. This Announcement is dated 2 February 2016. |
