We refer to the announcement dated 3 December 2015 in relation to the above matter. Unless otherwise stated, the terms used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the said announcement in relation to the Proposed Disposal. In view of the on-going negotiations, MRCB wishes to announce that the parties to the Heads of Agreement, via the Extension Letter dated 3 March 2016 have mutually agreed to extend the Cut-Off Date for the execution of the Sale and Purchase Agreement in relation to the Proposed Disposal to 15th April 2016.
