The Board of Directors of Malaysian Resources Corporation Berhad ("MRCB" or "the Company") wishes to announce that MRCB intends to seek its shareholders' approval on the Proposed Renewal of Share Buy-Back Authority at its forthcoming 45th Annual General Meeting ("AGM") to be convened.
