We refer to the announcements dated 3 December 2015 and 3 March 2016 in relation to the above matter. Unless otherwise stated, the terms used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the said announcements in relation to the Proposed Disposal. MRCB wishes to announce that parties to the Heads of Agreement executed on 3 December 2015 have mutually agreed to further extend the Cut-Off Date for the execution of the Sale and Purchase Agreement in relation to the Proposed Disposal to 30 May 2016. The extension of the Cut-Off Date via the Second Extension Letter dated 12 April 2016 would facilitate the submission of an application for a certificate of proposed strata plan (“CPSP Application”) by 348 Sentral to subdivide Menara Shell and other building (Menara Ascott) where both buildings are currently held under a master title of Geran 40094, Lot 348, Section 72, Town and District of Kuala Lumpur, Wilayah Persekutuan KL in accordance to the Strata Titles Act 1985. In the event that 348 Sentral is unable to submit the CPSP Application by 30 May 2016, the Cut-Off Date shall be extended further by 30 business days. This announcement is dated 12 April 2016 |
