We refer to the earlier announcements in relation to the Proposed Private Placement. Unless otherwise stated, the terms used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the said announcements in relation to the Proposed Private Placement.
On behalf of the Board, RHB Investment Bank wishes to announce that the first tranche of the Proposed Private Placement comprising 100,000,000 Placement Shares has been completed today, following the listing of and quotation for 100,000,000 Placement Shares on the Main Market of Bursa Securities.
For information purposes, the remaining Placement Shares will be issued in subsequent tranches.
