We refer to the announcement dated 28 October 2015 in relation to the above matter. Unless otherwise stated, the terms used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the said announcement in relation to the Proposed Subscription. MRCB wishes to announce that MRCB Land Sdn Bhd (“MRCB Land”), Cyberview Sdn Bhd (“CSB”) and CSB Development Sdn Bhd (“CSB Development”) has today entered into a Supplemental Share Subscription Agreement (“Supplemental SSA”) and Supplemental Joint Venture Agreement (“Supplemental JVA”) (collectively referred to as “Supplemental Agreements”) to vary certain terms of the Share Subscription Agreement (“SSA”) and Joint Venture Agreement (“JVA”), respectively.
