We refer to the earlier announcements in relation to the Private Placement. Unless otherwise stated, the terms used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the said announcements in relation to the Private Placement.
On behalf of the Board, RHB Investment Bank wishes to announce that the second tranche of the Private Placement comprising 193,625,000 Placement Shares has been completed today, following the listing of and quotation for 193,625,000 Placement Shares on the Main Market of Bursa Securities.
For information purposes, the remaining Placement Shares will be issued in subsequent tranches.
