On behalf of the Board of Directors of MRCB, RHB Investment Bank Berhad wishes to announce that the Company proposes to establish a long-term incentive plan of up to 10% of the issued and paid-up share capital of MRCB (excluding treasury shares), for the eligible employees of MRCB and its subsidiaries (excluding subsidiaries which are dormant) and eligible executive directors of MRCB who fulfil the eligibility criteria. Further details on the Proposed LTIP are set out in the attachment below.
