Malaysian Resources Corporation Berhad (“MRCB” or “the Company”) is pleased to announce that the Company has received two (2) indication of interests from PLUS Malaysia Berhad and ZJ Advisory Sdn Bhd’s client respectively to acquire the Company’s equity interest in MRCB Lingkaran Selatan Sdn Bhd, the concession holder of the Eastern Dispersal Link expressway ("Proposed Disposal") We will make the necessary announcement as and when the terms of the Proposed Disposal have been finalised. |
