Unless otherwise stated, abbreviations and definitions used throughout this announcement shall be the same as those previously defined in the announcements dated 28 October 2015 and 19 May 2016. We refer to the announcements dated 28 October 2015 and 19 May 2016 in relation to the Proposed Subscription. MRCB wishes to announce that MRCB Land Sdn Bhd, Cyberview Sdn Bhd and CSB Development Sdn Bhd, had on 27 October 2016, by way of exchange of letters, mutually agreed to extend the Cut-Off Date to 31 December 2016, with an automatic extension for a further period of three (3) months therefrom until 31 March 2017. The extension of time is to facilitate the fulfilment of the conditions of the JVA (as amended by the Supplemental JVA) and the SSA (as amended by the Supplemental SSA). The announcement is dated 27 October 2016. |
