On behalf of the Board, RHB Investment Bank wishes to announce that the third tranche of the Private Placement comprising 63,693,171 Placement Shares has been completed today, following the listing of and quotation for 63,693,171 Placement Shares on the Main Market of Bursa Securities. For information purposes, the third tranche represents the final tranche of the Private Placement and hence, this marks the completion of the Private Placement.
