The Board of Directors of MRCB (“Board”) is pleased to announce that OneSentral, a wholly-owned subsidiary of MRCB, has today entered into a Sale and Purchase Agreement (“SPA”) with MRT Corp for the proposed disposal of a piece of leasehold land held under PN 52405, Lot 20008, Seksyen 63, Bandar Kuala Lumpur measuring 4,074 square metres (“Land”) for cash consideration of RM180 million (“Disposal Consideration”). Details of the Proposed Disposal are set out in the attachment below. This announcement is dated 17 November 2016.
