We refer to the earlier announcements in relation to the Proposals. Unless otherwise stated, the terms used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the said announcements in relation to the Proposals.
On behalf of the Board, RHB Investment Bank wishes to announce that:-
(i) the Company has been informed that MQ REIT had on 8 December 2016 fixed the issue price for the Placement Units at RM1.20 per Placement Unit (“Issue Price”).
The Issue Price was determined via bookbuilding and represents a discount of approximately 1.74% to the five (5)-day volume weighted average market price of the Units up to and including 7 December 2016 of RM1.2213 per Unit and adjusted for the dividend of 4.15 sen per Unit; and
(ii) pursuant to the Undertaking, MRCB will be subscribing for 91,667,000 Placement Units at the Issue Price. The total consideration for the Proposed Subscription is RM110,000,400.
