Malaysian Resources Corporation Berhad (“MRCB” or “the Company”) is pleased to announce that it had on 12 January 2017 entered into a conditional Shares Sale Agreement (“SSA”) with Crystal Clear Cleaning Sdn Bhd (“CCC” or the “Purchaser”) for the disposal of its entire equity interest in Semasa Services Sdn Bhd (“SSRV”), a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, for RM4.8 million (hereinafter referred to as “Purchase Price”) ("Proposed Disposal"). Further details on the Proposed Disposal are set out in the attachment below. |
