The Board of Directors of MRCB is pleased to announce that its wholly-owned subsidiary, MRCB Engineering Sdn Bhd, has today entered into a Share Sale Agreement with Hicom Berhad for the disposal of its 51% equity interest in Dekad Kaliber Sdn Bhd for RM3,651,555.90 (“Proposed Disposal”).
