We refer to the announcements dated 28 October 2015, 19 May 2016 and 27 October 2016 in relation to the above matter. Unless otherwise stated, the terms used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the said announcements in relation to the Proposed Subscription. MRCB wishes to announce that MRCB Land Sdn Bhd (“MRCB Land”), Cyberview Sdn Bhd (“CSB”) and CSB Development Sdn Bhd (“CSB Development”) (collectively referred to as the “Parties”) had on 30 March 2017 entered into a Second Supplemental Share Subscription Agreement (“Second SSSA”) and a Second Supplemental Joint Venture Agreement (“Second SJVA”) (collectively referred to as “Second Supplemental Agreements”) to vary certain terms of the SSA, Supplemental SSA, JVA and Supplemental JVA.
