Pursuant to Paragraph 9.04(o) of the Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, we are pleased to announce that MRCB had on 3 April 2017 entered into a non-binding MoU with Adani Realty to express the intention to collaborate with each other to develop multiple convention centres across India. Adani Realty is a unit of the India-based conglomerate Adani Group. It is involved in the business of development of residential, commercial and social club projects. Adani Realty would complement MRCB’s strong expertise in transit-oriented developments to leverage on the tremendous opportunities in India. The MoU will remain valid for a period of 6 months or may be terminated at any time by mutual consent. This announcement is dated 4 April 2017. |
