Reference is made to the Company’s earlier announcements in relation to the Proposed LTIP. Unless otherwise stated, the abbreviations and definitions used in this Announcement shall have the same meaning as defined in the abovementioned announcements.
On behalf of the Board, RHB Investment Bank Berhad wishes to announce that Bursa Securities had, vide its letter dated 6 April 2017, granted the Company an extension of time up to 30 November 2017 pursuant to Paragraph 6.62(1) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Securities to implement the LTIP.
