Malaysian Resources Corporation Berhad (“MRCB” or “the Company”) wishes to announce that Rukun Juang Sdn Bhd (“RJSB”), an 85% subsidiary of the Company has incorporated Bukit Jalil Sentral Property Sdn Bhd on 21 April 2017 for the purpose of owning 3 parcels of leasehold land in the Mukim of Petaling, District of Kuala Lumpur and State of Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur, measuring approximately 76.14 acres. The issued and paid-up share capital of the new company is RM2 comprising 2 ordinary shares. The incorporation of the company is not expected to have any material effect on the Group’s earnings or net asset for the financial year ending 31 December 2017. None of the Directors and/or major shareholders of the Company and/or person connected to them have any interest, direct or indirect, in the said incorporatio This announcement is dated 21 April 2017.
