We refer to the announcement dated 27 January 2017 in relation to the above matter. Unless otherwise stated, the terms used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the said announcement in relation to the Memorandum of Understanding (“MoU”) between MRCB, Wondrous Vista Development Sdn Bhd and Bandar Malaysia Sdn Bhd. Pursuant to Paragraph 9.29 of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, we wish to inform that as at to date, the parties are still in discussion and are expected to finalise the MoU before its expiry. This announcement is dated 26 April 2017. |
