We refer to the announcements dated 8 February 2013 and 9 December 2016 in relation to, amongst others, the ROFR Call Option Agreement and the Supplemental Agreement to the ROFR Call Option Agreement (“First Supplemental Agreement”), respectively. Unless otherwise stated, the terms used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the said announcements. MRCB is pleased to announce that MRCB and NGD had today entered into a Second Supplemental Agreement to further vary the terms of the ROFR Call Option Agreement (“Second Supplemental Agreement”) as follows:-
The ROFR Call Option Agreement, the First Supplemental Agreement and the Second Supplemental Agreement shall be read as a single, integrated document. The Second Supplemental Agreement will be made available for inspection at the registered office of the Company at Level 33A, Menara NU 2, No. 203, Jalan Tun Sambanthan, Kuala Lumpur Sentral, 50470 Kuala Lumpur during normal business hours (except public holidays) for a period of three (3) months from the date of this Announcement.
