The Board of Directors of Malaysian Resources Corporation Berhad ("the Company") wishes to announce that the Company has incorporated the following two companies on 10 July 2017 for the purpose of developing a branded residence and luxury hotel at Lot F, Kuala Lumpur Sentral: 1) Lot F Residence Sdn Bhd. 2) Lot F Hotel Sdn Bhd. The paid-up capital of each company is RM2. None of the directors and/or major shareholders of the Company and/or person connected to them have any interests, direct or indirect, in the said subsidiaries. This announcement is dated 10 July 2017. |
