Malaysian Resources Corporation Berhad (“MRCB” or “the Company”) is pleased to announce that the Company had today received a Letter of Acceptance from Tenaga Nasional Berhad to award the Contract to MRCB at a contract sum of RM40,000,799.90. The duration of the Contract is 15 months from the date of site possession. The Contract is expected to contribute positively to the future earnings of the Group. None of the Directors, substantial shareholders and/or persons connected with a Director or substantial shareholder of the Company, have any interest, direct or indirect, in the Contract. |
