Malaysian Resources Corporation Berhad ("MRCB" or "the Company") is pleased to annouce that the Company had today acknowledged receipt of the Letters of Acceptance in relation to the tender bids submitted by the Company for the following projects: (a) construction and Completion of Elevated Stations and other Associated Works at Cyberjaya City Centre and Putrajaya Sentral (Package S210) for Mass Rapid Transit Corporation Sdn Bhd for a contract sum of RM145.8 million. (b) construction of Larkin Indoor Stadium, Johor Bahru, Johor for Johor Land Berhad for a contract sum of RM58.9 million. The duration of the contract is 18 months from the date of site possesion. Both of the projects are expected to contribute positively to the future earnings of the Group. None of the Directors, substantial shareholders and/or persons connected with a Director or substantial shareholders of the Company, have any interest, direct or indirect, in the projects.
