Malaysian Resources Corporation Berhad (“MRCB” or “the Company”) is pleased to announce that Legasi Azam Sdn Bhd (“LASB”), a wholly owned subsidiary of MRCB Land Sdn Bhd, which in turn is a wholly-owned subsidiary of MRCB, has today entered into a Sale and Purchase Agreement (“SPA”) with PERKESO for the disposal of a parcel of freehold land measuring 1.866 acres held under Geran 34211, Lot No 94, Seksyen 58, Bandar Kuala Lumpur, Daerah Kuala Lumpur, Negeri Wilayah Persekutuan bearing postal address No.16, Jalan Kia Peng, 50450 Kuala Lumpur (“Land”) for cash consideration of RM323 million (“Purchase Price”) excluding Goods and Services Tax (“Proposed Disposal”).
