Malaysian Resources Corporation Berhad (“MRCB” or “the Company”) wishes to announce that MRCB Australia Holding Company Pty Ltd, a subsidiary of MRCB, has incorporated a new subsidiary in Australia, namely, MRCB Docklands Pty. Ltd. on 23 January 2019. The issued and paid-up share capital of the subsidiary is AUD2 comprising 2 ordinary shares. The incorporation of the new subsidiary is not expected to have any material effect on the Group’s earnings or net asset for the financial year ending 31 December 2019. None of the Directors and/or major shareholders of the Company and/or person connected to them have any interest, direct or indirect, in the said incorporation. This announcement is dated 23 January 2019. |
