Malaysian Resources Corporation Berhad (“MRCB” or “the Company”) wishes to announce that MRCB Innovations Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of MRCB, has today incorporated a new subsidiary in Hong Kong, namely, MRCB Innovations (HK) Pte Limited.
MRCB Innovations (HK) Pte Limited was set up as an investment holding with an issued and paid-up share capital of HKD2 comprising 2 ordinary shares.
The incorporation of the new subsidiary is expected to contribute positively to the future earnings of MRCB.
None of the Directors and/or major shareholders of the Company and/or person connected to them have any interest, direct or indirect, in the said incorporation.
