Our announcements on 28 and 29 March 2019 on the winding-up petition on MRCB Builders Sdn Bhd (“MBSB”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Malaysian Resources Corporation Berhad (“MRCB” or “the Company”) refer.
We wish to announce that Southern Builders (J) Sdn Bhd has today filed a Notice of Discontinuance of the winding-up petition against MBSB at the Kuala Lumpur High Court. Effectively, the winding-up petition against MBSB has been withdrawn.
