MRCB wishes to announce that the Company intends to seek its shareholders' approval for the following proposals at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting of the Company to be convened at a date to be notified later: (i) Proposed Renewal of Share Buy-Back Authority ("Proposed Share Buy-Back); and (ii) Proposed Adoption of New Constitution of the Company ("Proposed Adoption").
The statement on the Proposed Share Buy-Back and the details of the Proposed Adoption will be distributed to the shareholders of the Company in due course.
