We refer to our announcement which was released on 2 August 2019 in relation to the Chilled Water Supply Agreement (“CWSA”) between KD District Cooling System Sdn Bhd (“KDDCS”) and Kwasa Utama Sdn Bhd (“KUSB”) (“the Announcement”) and wish to rectify the Announcement as follows:
(a) Section 2 (Relationship Between KUSB and KDDCS) of the Announcement should be deleted and replaced with the following:
In view of the interests of the Interested Directors and Interested Major Shareholder as set out in Section 9 of this announcement, the Transaction is deemed as a related party transaction pursuant to Paragraphs 10.02(k) and 10.08 of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Listing Requirements”).
(b) Section 8 (Percentage Ratio Applicable To The CWSA) of the Announcement should read as follows:
The highest percentage ratio applicable to the Transaction pursuant to Paragraph 10.02 (g) of the Listing Requirements is 3.09%.
