Pursuant to Paragraph 9.04(g) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa”), MRCB wishes to announce that we had today received a copy of the Notice of Arbitration and Application for Emergency Arbitrator from George Kent (Malaysia) Berhad (“GKM”), both dated 13 August 2019, in relation to the Shareholders’ Agreement dated 8 June 2015 entered into between MRCB and GKM.
