We refer to the announcements made by RHB Investment Bank Berhad ("RHB Investment Bank") on behalf of the Board on 8 February 2013, 12 March 2013, 15 March 2013, 4 April 2013, 5 April 2013 and 23 April 2013 in relation to the Proposals. Unless otherwise stated, the terms used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the said announcements in relation to the Proposals. On behalf of the Board, RHB Investment Bank wishes to announce that the parties to the SSAs had, via exchange of letters dated 3 May 2013 and 6 May 2013, mutually agreed that the period of notification of any material findings arising from the due diligence exercise (as set out in Section 2.10.8(c) of the Announcement dated 8 February 2013), which expired on 6 May 2013, be extended to 20 May 2013 to enable the parties to arrive at findings based on the due diligence exercise carried out by the parties. In addition, RHB Investment Bank also wishes to announce that MRCB had submitted an application to Bursa Securities in respect of the:- (a) admission of the Warrants to the Official List of Bursa Securities; (b) listing of and quotation for:- (i) up to 398,709,678 Consideration Shares together with up to 113,917,052 Consideration Warrants to be issued pursuant to the Proposed Acquisitions;on the Main Market of Bursa Securities.
