On behalf of the Board of Directors of MRCB, RHB Investment Bank Berhad wishes to announce that the Company proposes to establish a dividend reinvestment plan that will provide the shareholders of MRCB with an option to elect to reinvest in whole or in part, their cash dividend, which includes any interim, final, special or other types of cash dividend, in new ordinary shares of MRCB (“Proposed DRP”).
