| Contents | Our announcement on 4 October 2010 and the letter from Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”) dated 6 October 2010 refer. Following are the response to the queries raised by Bursa Securities: (a) The summons were received by MRCB on 30 September 2010; (b) The rate of interest claimed is not mentioned in the summons; (c) The summons is in relation to the landslide at Bukit Antarabangsa on 6 December 2008; (d) Superview is not a major subsidiary of the Company; (e) The total cost of investment in Superview is about RM36.6 million which have been fully provided for; (f) There is no operational impact of the summons on MRCB Group; (g) At this initial stage, the Company does not expect to incur any losses arising from the summons; (h) No hearing date has been fixed.
