Further to the Company’s announcements on 24 June 2013, MRCB wishes to announce that PKNS Holdings Sdn Bhd had on 22 July 2013, vide its solicitors informed the High Court that the injunction Application against MRCB is withdrawn with no order as to costs.
The Company is further informed by its solicitors that the Injunction Application vis-a-vis the 1st Defendant proceeded and that High Court Judge has fixed the matter for decision on 1st August 2013 at 4.00pm. The High Court did not grant any ad-interim injunction.
