Further to the Company’s announcements on 22 July 2013, MRCB wishes to announce that PKNS's ("the Plaintiff") application for an injunction was dismissed with costs by the Judge. The Judge has granted the Plaintiff an Erinford Injunction / Temporary Injunction pending the filing of an application / appeal before the Court of Appeal against Nusa Gapurna Development Sdn Bhd. The Judge also fixed the trial date for the suit on 13 September 2013.
