Description	MALAYSIAN RESOURCES CORPORATION BERHAD (“MRCB” OR “COMPANY”) (i) PROPOSED ACQUISITIONS; (ii) PROPOSED FREE WARRANTS (iii) PROPOSED EXEMPTION; (iv) PROPOSED IASC; AND (v) PROPOSED AMENDMENTS. (TO BE COLLECTIVELY REFERRED TO AS “PROPOSALS”)
We refer to the previous announcements made by RHB Investment Bank, on behalf of the Board in relation to the Proposals. Unless otherwise stated, the terms used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the said announcements in relation to the Proposals. On behalf of the Board, RHB Investment Bank wishes to announce that the Company had on 27 August 2013, paid the balance Cash Consideration and allotted the Consideration Shares to the parties as nominated by NGD, the GHC Vendors and the GGS Vendors in respect of the Remaining Acquisitions, in the manner as set out in Appendix I of this Announcement. The allotment of the Consideration Shares as set out above marks the completion of the Remaining Acquisitions. In accordance with the terms of the Letters, the Consideration Warrants shall be allotted to the aforementioned parties within 21 days from the Completion Date. This announcement is dated 27 August 2013.
